Bright Spot, Inc. was founded in 2003 to help companies and organizations reduce workplace errors and and to operate more safely. Our roots are in the aviation industry and our principal consultants have been in the forefront of the development of programs based on human factors such as crew resource management and threat and error management.

These concepts have made airline travel the safest and most error-free mode of transportation. Our company is a leader in adapting airline operating principles to other industries to help increase safety and reduce workplace errors.

Our associates have experience in analysis and determination of the causal factors in workplace errors and in the design and delivery of quality, cost-effective programs that work to reduce errors and increase safety.

Our main office is located at 824 Hamlin Parma Townline Road in Hilton, New York. We have associates located in many locations, all in the United States.
